So, can anyone suggest the best solution for distributing such a computable but otherwise non-interactive report? It doesn't have any need for a Manipulate as I see it, so at first thought CDF seems the wrong fit. Ideally, the end user should only see the latest report and the 'Run report' button. The code for the actual report uses some proprietary functions, which I want to protect and hide from the user. It requires only a single interaction with the user: pushing the 'Run report' button (or some equivalent means of evaluating the code). The notebook as it stands gets computable data via FinancialData for a single instrument and has hard code for all other required inputs. I can get them a copy of Mathematica, but that seems overkill for this. I want to distribute this to a single user who will run (or execute) it a couple of times a day. What is the proper syntax to use so that the cdf runs without having to open a file to an new browser window or tab (using IFRAME or something else)? I call the html file using the Tikiwiki ⇒ Yields a download box (same as 3). The first option uses the download syntax and the second option uses the display option. I tried the two syntax options based on what the “From Desktop to Web: Deploying Ideas with CDF” video indicated. The files are loaded into the MySQL database instead of being stored in a directory. The displayxx means display file with fileID=xx.

The dlxx means download the file with fileID=xx. The files can be retrieved in several ways as far as I can tell. The femidistibustion.png was uploaded to the file gallery with fileID=56. The fermidistribution.cdf file was uploaded to the file gallery with fileID=55. I created a CDF to demonstrate the Fermi-Dirac function.
